Kapulo Copper Project

Introduction
The Kapulo Cobalt Project covers an area of about 980 km², and is held by a private company in the D.R Congo.

Chevalier Resources has an option to acquire a 60 % interest in the project by providing the required capital for its development.
The project site is located about 480 km north-east of Lubumbashi, and is accessible through the Lubumbashi-Pweto road.

Lubumbashi is the capital of the Katanga province in the D.R Congo. The headquarters of many local and international mining companies are located in the city. It has an international airport and an excellent highway and rail connections to the ports of Durban (South Africa) and Dar-Es-Salaam (Tanzania).

Mineralization
The tenement is located within the Kapulo Shear Zone. Copper mineralization is visible on the surface in the form of malachite, azurite, cuprite and even native copper. At lower depths, it appears in the form of chalcocite, chalcopyrite, bornite and covellite.

Exploration objective
The primary objective of the project is to identify copper deposits, and to estimate the mineral reserves of the property. Exploration work would initially focus on areas where malachite and /or azurite is visible on the surface.
